Returns & Exchange Policy

Products may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. An exchange may be made of lesser or same value within 30 days. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee if the product has been opened and/or used. 


When you return your purchase to Naje Products by mail we must receive your item within 60 days of purchase. If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.


Order Processing & Shipping Policy

We do not ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.


All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. You can also check the status of your order and review your order history within the My Account area.  


Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 5-8 business days. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Naje Products is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
