SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS PAGE:
 

*All products are sold and shipped within the U.S. only.

If you are not satisfied with any of the products that you receive from Naje Products, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. If your return is the result of our error, we will provide free return shipping
 

Once you place an order through Naje Products, you will have 30 minutes to cancel the order. We will not be able to refund your purchase until you have received the product. Should you decide to return, please read return policy.
 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR USED ITEMS OR THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

All nail polish, nail care items, fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, and brushes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless sent in error.
 

Any appliance that has been plugged in/used will not qualify for a refund.

If returning an item that Naje Products did not send in error, original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping charges if Naje Products is responsible.
 

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package. Customer is responsible for the product until it is received in our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost returns.
 

The following information is REQUIRED with all returns:

  1. Full Name
  2. Phone Number
  3. E-mail Address
  4. Order I.D. Number
  5. Item that is being returned (you can find the item number on your invoice)
  6. Reason for Return

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 30 business days.
